Tim Burton to direct a film adaptation of the book How to Disappear Completely and Never be Found

- Such a marvelous book. It has a beautiful setting, wonderful characters, and is a great read through and through.

I would love to see Johnny Depp play Ratt and Helena Bonham Carter play Lizzie. Abigail Breslin would have been the perfect Sophia a few years ago and if Wynona Ryder were still 12 she would be a perfect Margaret.

Too bad everyone's getting old.

A film adaptation of the musical Chess

- A powerful story. It's unfortunate how unknown this musical is.

Adam Pascal is still young enough to play Freddy Trumper if he wanted, but I think that up and coming star Griffith Frank would also be a great Freddy. If Penelope Cruz can put on a Russian accent she would be a great Svetlana and Marion Cotillard could work as Florence.

It would be an amazing film.

The purpose of this blog

This is a blog where I write what I want. Whether it be what I want now, what I want for my birthday, what I want from life. It's all about what I want.

27 Feb 2010

One day of true happiness
- Spent with my closest friends doing something we all love. A day where nothing school, family, or reality related interferes with anyone having the time of their lives and getting to know everyone else a little bit better.

World blindness
- Not literal blindness, but everyone being blind to anything that causes prejudices. For everyone to be blind to anyone's race, religion, beliefs, nationality, sex, and upbringing.

Understanding
- For everyone to accept that people make mistakes and that everyone is still striving for salvation.

What do I want for my birthday?

A fidora hat
- Black and pinstriped with
no print would be nice.
